**Join a highly skilled team**
Entering the Planning Department in FMC Agricultural Solutions, you will join a team of diverse and skilled colleagues within demand, supply and inventory planning. You will be a supply planner who creates and maintains a viable supply plan for the EMEA region’s formulation production within crop protection.
**You identify opportunities and risk mitigation activities**
As a supply planner, your main responsibility will be capacity levelling and long term inventory planning for our herbicide products. You will liaise with Master Planners globally for long lead time items. Locally you will coordinate closely with colleagues handling short-term planning and assist in balancing plant and supplier constraints with demand, capacity, risks and costs. You will operate across the Demand and supply departments to ensure an optimum supply network.
More specifically, you:
- Resolve any supply planning issue in our manufacturing network
- Lead or participate to projects supporting the evolution of our long term supply network.
- Facilitate a monthly Supply Review meeting with our subcontractors & manufacturing and internal teams, reviewing the latest plan and ensuring all issues are raised and actions followed up on.
- Elicit input from all stakeholders, addressing objections or concerns and giving recommendations.
- Work closely with Master Schedulers to ensure long term supply plan stability.
- Liase with portfolio managers and demand planners to maintain a clear focus on product and business evolution.
- Develop, maintain and update the EMEA formulations production and purchase strategies in accordance with regional targets.
- Ensure a Demand/Supply balanced plan and inventory projection.
**Experienced planner with excellent stakeholder management skills**
You enjoy interacting with numerous stakeholders across borders and you possess strong analytical skills and an end-to-end understanding of complex processes. Your strong communication skills enable you to translate complex analyses into easy-to-understand recommendations. Your qualifications:
- Preferably a bachelor’s or master's degree within supply chain, logistics or similar
- Approximately 5 years’ experience with a complex supply chain flow, preferably in manufacturing or at a production site in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Proven experience in Supply and/or Demand planning.
- Knowledge of IBP/SAP or other advanced supply chain systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
