Job overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our foundation in Geneva. As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in managing financial strategies, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. This position requires a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively and be autonomous.

Responsiblities:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board of directors
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies
- Respond to board inquiries, provide clarifications, and address any concerns related to financial results or performance.
- Assist the board in understanding financial implications of strategic decisions and provide financial guidance to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Finance Director in a multi-entity organization
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
