Technical Service Owner (Learning & Talent)

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IS area.
- Impact Assessment, Feasibility Analysis, Architectural Compliance, Incident Resolution
- Expertise in PCS2, LMS, GLINT, and other learning-related platforms
- Software Design, IS Process Modeling, Advanced SQL,.NET
- Leadership in Implementation, Analytical Skills, Agile, ITIL 4
- Project & Product Management, Technical Strategy, Change Implementation
- Stakeholder Management, User Experience Analysis
