**This position reports to**:
Internal Projects Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management or other related field.
- At least 10 years of experience across processes, data and technology in the Recruitment area.
- Proven experience in HRIS products including Workday with deep experience in the Recruitment module is a plus.
- Strong background in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Previous experience in managing a global team of technical and process experts.
- Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Stakeholder and change management experience.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
