Management and development of the Content & Production team Be the authority within GF Machining Solutions (GF MS) regarding content and communication media including brochures, Corporate Design, online content, videos, pictures Engage with local/regional marketing & communication teams to understand and account for cultural differences to design successful marketing initiatives. Monitor the implementation of the brand strategy and the correct usage of GF Brand identity guidelines and regulations, and, when needed, provide professional support. Ensure strategy implementation and alignment Control and manage budget and organization of production activities and resources Collaboration on communications strategies and programs Bachelor degree or equivalent Experience in graphic design : 3 to 5 years Several years of experience within a public relations, media relations or marketing environment with a proven track record, showing both, personal and professional development Have a sense for the business and economic feasibilities of our industry At home in multidisciplinary, multicultural, internationally oriented (B2B) environment Good communication skills in English (presenting, writing, personal contact) a must; other languages such as German, French, Italian are a plus MS Office, Digital marketing tools, Adobe Software Ability to create a working atmosphere where respect and fairness are key values Ability to multitask with tight deadlines and in stressful situations Coordination skills, availability and flexibility, ability to communicate and share information effectively Identify and create condition of synergy with in the team Sense of priorities and ability to deal with the unexpected Initiative, anticipation, source of ideas; Business Orientation and Analytical mind. **Benefits**: Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
