**Job description**:
In order to reinforce the Marketing team at our headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH we are currently searching for a

**HEAD OF BRAND & CREATIVE CONTENT 100 % (w/m)**

In this position, you will report to the Marketing VP and be the go-to person for content production related projects.

**Main duties will include**:

- Lead the brand & creative content team, responsible for development and implementation of global creative content across channels, managing work assignments, settings goals and appraising performance and work results.
- Assess Company’s creative content needs jointly with the Marketing VP
- Facilitate and lead strategic discussions with major collaboration partners, aligning the overarching vision for campaigns and ensuring seamless execution of joint content initiatives.
- Manage and oversee the conception, development and production of advertising material for press, outdoor, POS, Online and TV to seamlessly fit a 360° campaign approach
- Advise internal departments and external agencies on the use of advertising materials in the different media categories, print, TV, Online, Social Media, POS, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistency in the communications on all brand touch points.
- Oversee agency and production budgets.
- Support all markets worldwide with communication materials according to their needs. Assess local projects and provide respective feedback.
- Scout for trends and search for innovative communication tools and partner agencies to increase customer reach and engagement.

**Profile**:

- This role requires excellent team leadership and project management skills coupled with negotiation skills and a high sense of flexibility.
- Deep understanding of content production specific language, being able to bridge communication between creative designers and other stakeholders within the team and the company.
- In addition to your excellent capacity to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment, you demonstrate a great sense of structure and organisation.
- Detail oriented, you demonstrate a creative and innovative mind-set associated to time management skills.
- You are multi-tasking and eager to achieve the company’s results by managing external business partners.
- You handle market research and analyse results efficiently, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics.

**Professional requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field. 10 years of experience in global content production and at least 5 years of experience leading a team. Agency experience is a plus.

**Languages**:
This position requires an excellent level of oral and written communication in English. French, German or any other language are an advantage.
