Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionsprozesse der Technology Unit Milling am Standort Biel - und sorgen dafür, dass alles rundläuft: effizient, reibungslos und kostenoptimiert.

Mit einem strategischen Blick planen und steuern Sie sämtliche operative Abläufe und erkennen frühzeitig Potenziale für Verbesserungen und nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Sie stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Prozesse aus der Division und der Gruppe konsequent im Tagesgeschäft umgesetzt und gelebt werden.

Als inspirierende Führungskraft entwickeln Sie Ihr Team weiter, richten es an Best-Practice-Standards aus und fördern eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Sie managen Ressourcen zielgerichtet und verantworten Investitionsprojekte, die zur langfristigen Stärkung unserer Produktionskapazitäten beitragen.

Im Schulterschluss mit Einkauf, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb setzen Sie die Unternehmensstrategie um und treiben sie aktiv mit voran.

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Werkzeugmaschinen
- oder Fertigungsindustrie

Fundiertes Know-how in strategischer Produktionssteuerung, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Change Management

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
