Switzerland - Zürich - Business management, administration and support - Global Wealth Management **Job Reference #** - 260774BR **City** - Zürich **Job Type** - Full Time, Part Time, Temporary / Contract **Your role** - Do you have a "can do" mentality and want to be part of our growth story and create impact? - Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help our sophisticated clients? - Are you curious, proactive and always striving to bring positive impact to clients? - We’re looking for a "Case Manager Digital with Human Adivce" to: - support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience - research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner - perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. processing pending with direct client contact, suitability reviews, maintain and process KYC and due diligence request - keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation related to risk, compliance and regulations **Your team** - Front Support Office (FSO) is a unique joint venture between Service Line and Middle Office. The team act and follow one goal: free up time for the client advisor. - FSO is available across the booking centers Switzerland and mostly the first entry point for the WM client. - You’ll be working in the FSO team between Altstetten and Zürich City focusing on a new key project for our Wealth Management unit. You'll play an important role in our delivery for digital client services. **Your expertise** - ideally some years of work experience with client servicing or handling risk topic within wealth management or the banking industry - expert at building relationships (people want to know you) - strong interest in and understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks - self-starter and can work well with different stakeholder of the bank, mainly for wealth management client - resilient team player and truly service oriented, maintaining 100% accuracy with attention to detail is also very important to succeed - flexible and open for changes with a good feedback culture - organized, ability to multi-task, with great planning skills and efficient time management - fluent in English, German and French a plus **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
