Hierzu betreuen wir Schweizer KMU's sowie internationale Konzerne in der Rekrutierung der verschiedenen Vakanzen und Projekten.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Ensuring a smooth & effective personnel administration in general
- Management of external HR services providers (e.g. payroll agent)
- Taking responsibility for professional work force planning & staffing processes
- Overviewing & ensuring proper on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Organising the regular internal employee training events
- Contributing to the development & optimization of standardized & harmonized HR practices, like e.g. recruitment, rewarding, talent management, succession planning, learning & development, employee relations & engagement
- Regional implementation of the defined & agreed improvement changes
- Managing the local HR team (3-5 Subordinates)
- Coaching apprentices

**Deine Skills**:

- Higher education in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HRBP
- General business acumen, economic awareness
- International orientation, cross cultural skills
- Leadership & communication skills
- Open-minded team player with a proactive contribution orientation
- Strong achievement motivation within complex international project environments
- Empathy, flexibility, with a winning personality
- Proficiency in German and English as a must (verbal, written), other languages a plus (e.g. French or Italian)
