**Your team**

Join our Human Resources team in Zurich as HR Business Partner.

**Your mission**

You will take full ownership of the HR lifecycle in your business areas:

- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations’ HR and talent strategy, in particular current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Provide support and advice to line managers & chapter leads for all HR processes of the employee lifecycle (hiring, employee introduction, training, performance and development, compensation review, promotions, disciplinary and termination procedures, organizational changes, etc.)
- Provide support and guidance to HR operations, management and other staff when complex, specific, and sensitive questions arise
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Coordinate and participate in process optimization tasks
- Manage and/or participate in different (global) projects

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**

To perform well in this role, you need to be able to easily connect with people, have experience as an HR manager/HR Business Partner or other senior HR functions and have a good knowledge of legal requirements.
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or other senior HR roles
- Proven experience with Human Resources metrics
- Be people-oriented and result-driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in English and German
