The Digital Asset Development team is looking for a colleague who is passionate about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and innovation in financial services. You will be part of a small team driving Julius Baer’s digital asset roadmap in collaboration with diverse community across the entire bank and in close alignment with senior management.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Maintain and develop Julius Baer’s (investment) risk framework for digital assets in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the bank
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc risk analytics across the digital asset offering and underlying use cases
- Act as risk management SME providing hands-on support to digital asset development efforts

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5+ years experience as risk manager in a leading financial services firm. Experience in wealth management / private banking is a plus.
- Strong know-how in digital assets and/or blockchain technology, supported by hands-on experience in tangible Digital Asset / DLT use cases
- Proven experience in data analytics and visualization, supported by at least basic know-how in at least one of the key languages (i.e. SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Highly motivated personality with pronounced entrepreneurial spirit, “can-do” attitude
- Organized working style and attention to detail, complemented by strong social skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management, while involving a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve a set target.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
