- **Enova Group**_ _was created in Geneva and is providing IT services made in Switzerland since 2018. _**Enova consulting is **_a company specialized in information technology at first: our activities are focused on the most demanded IT skills but not only. We can create and adapt offers in other technical domains such as engineering or pharmaceutical, but overall, we are able to provide artificial intelligence or data science and engineering services with _**Enova Data**_ _now._

**Your responsibilities**

As a recruiter, you are responsible for:

- Anticipate needs and recruiting the best IT engineers and experts
- Specify the need with the business managers and consultants.
- Assisting the business team to build the talent pool and obtain market information.
- Participating in recruitment events, trainings and process implementation

**You report your KPI and your performance and you are supervised by the Recruitment Manager.**

**Your profile**

We are looking for professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious:

- Master’s degree in Business School, Business administration or Human Resources specialization
- You like learning and discovering new technologies
- Strong interest in technical recruitment
- You are looking for a great swiss experience
- Experience in technology consulting /RPO/ technology outsourcing/headhunting is a plus
- Excellent **English and French **for a daily work basis, other languages such as German, Swiss German, Italian extra
- Proficiency in Microsoft package (Power point, Microsoft Office, and Excel)
- A good team player

**Our recruitment process**

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

- A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
- After getting all the different information we invite you to meet the team at the office to have a coffee for example.
- If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
