The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our Finance Department reporting into the Senior Accountant.

The main responsibilities are listed below but these may change over time according with the changing needs of the finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supplier’s invoices scanning and posting in the system;
- Recording and reconciliation of bank transactions;
- Document management: scanning, filing of accounting and other documents;
- Control and booking of credit cards transactions and expense reports in the accounting system;
- Various administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable with the usual computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Precision, rigor, ease with numbers
- Good organization and autonomy
- English and French business proficiency
