The company provides SIGN.PLUS (a legally binding electronic signature) and FAX.PLUS (online faxing) services to over 3,000,000 customers worldwide.
At Alohi, we began our journey with an initial seed investment from Fongit “Fondation Genevoise pour l’Innovation Technologique” which is backed by the state of Geneva. But instead of relying on external funding to fuel our growth, we’ve chosen to bootstrap our way to success. This approach has allowed us to prioritize our customers and build products that truly meet their needs, without being beholden to outside investors. By remaining financially independent, we’ve been able to maintain our autonomy and agility, which have been key factors in our ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Conduct demos and webinars to potential clients and partners
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry
- Strategical and “hands-on” mindset and attitude
- Being tech-savvy and utilizing the latest tools is very crucial for this role
- Hands-on experience with conducting real-time demos and webinars for potential clients
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking)
