We are currently looking for a **Sales and Marketing Administration Assistant **to support our Sales & Marketing Team.
**SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**
Geneva, Switzerland
Working principally with the Chief Commercial Officer and his Sales Team, you will provide the highest level of sales administrative support to ensure a proactive and quality response to all sales team enquiries and requests. You will be responsible for managing the Chief Commercial Officers agenda and travel schedule and providing 20% administrative support to the Marketing Team.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
Sales (80%)
Inventory control and shipping management of our hardware
Update the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all reports, forecasts, client and sales data are up-to-date in the system.
Co-ordination with distributors to set up meetings, demonstrations, calls and to prepare and review distributor contracts.
Coordinate and manage all administration on the sales team
Manage travel arrangements for the CCO and his team
Expense management and submission in compliance with internal procedures.
Helping the Sales Team to improve their productivity ensuring that all Sales Executives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records and prepare reports as needed.
**Skills & Experience**:
A bachelor's degree or certification in Sales or Marketing is desirable
2+ years professional experience in Sales/Marketing /Business Administration is essential.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is highly desirable. Any other languages is a plus.
Hands on experience with CRM software (SalesForce) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) advantageous
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Professional experience in an international environment is a plus
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and Sales Executives with any additional work as needed
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
