**Then you must be the right talent to join our Piaget HQ Human Resources team as Head of People & Talent**

In this role you report directly to the Chief People Officer. You will lead the operational HR function for the HQ and Manufacture based in Switzerland and you are as well the HR Business Partner for the European market. With your team, you embrace the responsibility to build and provide employees with HR excellence. You have the natural ability to develop effective relationships with our business leaders, our HR community and the outside HR world.

**You will make an impact**:

- As a strong contributor you work closely with our Chief People Officer on the Maison HR strategy
- As a strategic HR advisor your support and guide the managers in all HR related topics (employee relations issues, engagement, termination ) and develop the organizational structures necessary to deliver Piaget's strategic goals in collaboration with your CPO
- As a HR Business partner you support the business on strategic and operational Human Resources topics
- As a senior HR generalist you work on transversal HR projects within the Maison as well as with the Group
- As a talent advocate, you enable the growth and employability of the teams through an inclusive environment focusing on creating transparent development opportunities.
- As a team builder, you develop high-performing teams and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- As a management coach, you lead the HR Business Partners, Employer Branding &Talent Acquisition Partner and HR specialist team (5 people). You can provide balanced, objective and honest guidance to your team. You value everyone’s contribution to achieving shared objectives.

**Your exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You hold a university degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources/ or Psychology or related fields
- You have a solid HR experience in head quarter, retail and/or industrial environment
- You know how to deal with complex HR processes (performance/career management, salary review ) and organizations design
- You have strong work ethics and an ability to work independently as well as in cross functional teams
- You are able to act in a complex, multicultural and changing environment
- You are energetic, motivated and willing to support the business to the best of your capacities
- You possess management skills (project & people) and are able to work on multiple tasks with several stakeholders
- You are used to working in an international environment
- You are proactive, innovative, curious, audacious, resilient and agile
- You speak fluent English and French
