**WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - PLAN LES OUATES**:
**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, the Wholesale Sales Representative ensure the development of a qualitative and profitable Wholesale network in Switzerland. In this role you optimize the professionalization and the profitability of the Wholesale network while respecting qualitative image and Brand vision.

**Responsibilities**:
Implement the strategic priorities to ensure the qualitative development of the wholesale network and to optimize the productivity of the point of sales.

Manage and drive the Wholesale accounts by:

- Establish and ensure trustful relationship with partners
- Define and follow up action plan per clients to reach targets
- Ensure ordering and stock visibility while respecting products authorization.

Ensure efficient stock management:

- Master Booster tools
- Educate partners to Booster: order,100% sell out declaration, stock management
- Weekly sell out analysis report and drive action plan

Optimize the brand visibility:

- Negotiate the best location in each partner
- Ensure and drive new concept SIS implementation
- Optimize with each partner and according to budget the brand communication :special windows, promo zone, pub coop
- Enhance the brand visibility on E-retailers

Develop and follow a training program for each partners through on the floor training, manufacture visits, MeApp and other digital trainings

Actively participate to the key events: W&W (April), Brand Expression moments (January & June) to take novelties orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Continuously demonstrating intellectual agility and a strong willingness to over-perform
- Strong Team player, at-ease with transversal collaboration
- Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills
- At ease with numbers and analysis
- Bachelor or Master Level (University level)
- Fluent in FR, German and English; Italian a plus
