**Research Assistant im Bereich Business Operations (m/w/d)**:
30 % (befristet, ab 01.07.2025)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung in der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung
- Vorbereitung und Planung von Events mit Partnern aus dem INOS-Netzwerk
- Verantwortung über bestimmte Bereiche der INOS-Website
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der Marke INOS
- Bearbeiten von Projektanträgen
- Pflege des INOS CRM-Systems
- Analyse von Evaluationen für Projektbewertungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreative Denkweise und neue Ideen
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office
- Starke Deutschkenntnisse bevorzugt
