- Excellent academic records including some academic research experience
- A keen interest in management accounting, accounting information systems and digitization research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Knowledge in R or other statistical packages preferable
- Critical thinking

The Competence Centre of Management Accounting and Accounting Information Systems focuses on management accounting and information systems topics across teaching and research.
