**Your tasks**:
The Bosch IoT Lab (Prof. Dr. Felix Wortmann, Prof. Dr. Oliver Gassmann) - a joint initiative of the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen, the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zurich, and the Bosch Group - is looking for a Research Assistant and PhD Student.

Platform companies like Apple, Amazon, and Google dominate our economy. And indeed, successful platforms can be found in all industries, with healthcare being no exception. Many exciting healthcare platforms such as Babylon Health or PatientsLikeMe have already emerged. Moreover, incumbent players like Abbott or Dexcom have connected their smart MedTech products and embraced platform business models.

**Whom we are looking for**:

- Strong interest in technology-based innovation, entrepreneurship, platforms, and healthcare
- A business, technology, or healthcare background, e.g., in management, economics, information systems, computer science, engineering or medical sciences
- Prior experience in applied research projects, startups, or venture capital, as well as prior work experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
- Self-confident appearance and high conceptual and communication skills, especially regarding presenting research results to a broad and interdisciplinary audience
- Master's degree with a GPA (Grade Point Average) of at least 5.0 (GPA of 2.0 and better in Germany or Austria) to be eligible for a PhD at the University of St. Gallen
- Profound knowledge (written/oral) in German and English
