Gvap Lead Sparsentan Nephrology

The purpose of this role is to lead the sparsentan Global Value Access Policy (GVAP) strategy and systematically drive superior performance in obtaining and maintaining patient access, pricing, reimbursement, and funding. The role is part of GVAP team and reports to the Global Head GVAP Nephrology. Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to: 1. Drive superior performance for sparsentan - Obtain and maintain superior pricing, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and patient access outcomes for sparsentan post marketing authorization - Develop Global Payor Value Proposition (PVAP), payer evidence package and payer engagement plan - Contribute to key priority countries Payer Value Proposition (PVP), payer evidence package, payer engagement plan and negotiation strategy - Identify and conduct payer research and payer engagement activities as required to achieve superior GVAP performance - Ensure payer critical needs are reflected in evidence generation plans - Provide pricing and reimbursement input into Life Cycle Management (LCM) options to support development of potential further indications/formulations through effective LCM strategies - Work closely with Medical, Marketing counterparts and Therapeutic Area GVAP Team Nephrology to ensure alignment - Contribute to the development of Tavneos strategic brand plan 2. Member of sparsentan GBT (Global Brand Team) - Accountable for sparsentan GBT related strategic and operational matters The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent. - Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s and/or PhD in Healthcare discipline or Business preferred - >=10 years of experience in a healthcare area such as patient access, government affairs/public policy, patient advocacy, pricing, reimbursement, medical affairs - Language requirement: English plus one other language **About CSL Vifor**: CSL Vifor aims to become the global leader in iron deficiency and nephrology.
