Missions principales:

1.Gestion et développement du portefeuille clients :

  • Dans un premier temps suivi et fidélisation d'un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques export.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance sur les marchés internationaux ciblés (Allemagne et UK dans un premier temps)
  • Négocier les contrats, conditions tarifaires et accords commerciaux avec les distributeurs ou clients majeurs en collaboration avec votre N 1.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale sur ces pays avec votre N+1

2. Suivi opérationnel et performance :

  • Suivre et analyser les performances commerciales par pays, clients et produits (CA, rentabilité, rotations de stock vs prévisions).
  • S'assurer de l'application des accords commerciaux (visibilité des produits, plan d'actions marketing, promotions locales).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ADV et logistique) pour garantir la disponibilité et la livraison des produits aux clients export.
  • Effectuer un reporting régulier auprès de son N+1.

3. Support marketing et communication :

  • En collaboration avec les équipes marketing et réglementaire, déployer des actions commerciales et marketing adaptées aux spécificités locales (catalogues produits, promotions, événements, salons professionnels).
  • Former les partenaires commerciaux, leurs équipes de vente, les podologues, les pharmacies sur les produits.
  • Peut collaborer à des projets spécifiques en fonction des périodes de fortes activités en interne.
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements professionnels internationaux (congrès, salons, séminaires).

4. Veille concurrentielle et réglementaire :

  • Réaliser une veille constante sur les tendances de marché, les innovations, la concurrence et les évolutions réglementaires propres sur le segment des soins des ongles et des pieds.
  • Proposer des actions correctives ou innovantes pour renforcer la présence de la marque sur les marchés clés.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Formation Bac 5 (école de commerce, université ou équivalent), idéalement avec une spécialisation en commerce international.
  • Expérience de 5 à 7 ans sur un poste similaire en export, de préférence dans le secteur des cosmétiques, dermo-cosmétiques, dispositifs médicaux ou produits de santé.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de grossistes, distributeurs et partenaires en milieu international.

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise du cycle de négociation commerciale et des processus de gestion des comptes-clés.
  • Connaissance des réseaux de distribution internationaux (grossistes, distributeurs et pharmacies).
  • Capacité à piloter des indicateurs de performance commerciale et à mettre en place des plans d'actions correctifs.
  • Maîtrise de PowerPoint, Excel avancé et des logiciels de gestion commerciale.
