Executive Assistant to CHRO (80 – 100%) Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Drittpersonen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung bei diversen HR Themen
  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings sowie Events
  • Agenda- und Reisemanagement
  • Erstellen von diversen Dokumenten in Word, Excel und Powerpoint
  • Beschluss – Protokolle
  • Stellvertretung der Assistentin für den CEO
  • Mitarbeit in HR Projekten
Ihr Profil
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur DA
  • Deutsch: Muttersprache
  • Englisch: Fliessend
  • MS-Office: Sehr gute Kenntnisse
  • Du bringst ca. 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Assistentin mit – davon 3 bis 5 Jahre auf C-Level
  • Du wünscht Dir einen nächsten Entwicklungsschritt an den Puls einer Unternehmung
  • Du bezeichnest Dich als flexibel, lernfreudig, hands-on und clever
  • Du arbeitest effektiv und verlässlich sowie diskret
  • Du denkst proaktiv mit- und voraus
  • Du hast Freude an täglichen Herausforderungen und Changes
  • Du kommunizierst gewandt in Deutsch und Englisch mit einem positiven kompetenten Auftreten
