This position will be located at the company’s headquarters in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Main tasks

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new products and technologies and across the organization.
  • Nurture and develop the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities with a strong focus on driving new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and enhance the efficiency of commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Represent the organization at international exhibitions and events.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development of machinery equipment.
  • Fluent in English and either German or French. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and active team player, results-oriented with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for acquiring new customers.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 30% of your time.
