Legal Counsel GlobalProcurement

For one of our clients, a globalleader in the food sector, we are looking for a global procurementlegal counsel, for a temporary 4-monthassignment.

Rate of occupation:100%.

Responsibilities

  • Youprovide legal advice as a legal co-pilot to the IS/IT and CorporateServices categories in the Marketing and Corporate Services spendgroup fostering proactive relationships with procurement managersand buyers in thesecategories.

  • You areresponsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts forsoftware licenses, cloud services agreements and hardwareprocurement agreements and for providing legal, compliance and riskanalysis.

  • You ensureconsultations with the lead lawyer of these categories on key legalmatters and risks and actively contribute to the strategies andinitiatives in thesecategories.

  • You raiseawareness, visibility and importance of legal matters toprocurement managers andbuyers

Qualifikationen

Yourprofile

  • You are aprofessionally qualified lawyer with at least 6 years ofprofessional experience postqualification

  • A doubledegree of experience in Swiss and common Law is aplus

  • You have experiencewith dealing with different disciplines and cultures and have theability to proactively manage the legal aspects of complexprojects

  • You are used toworking under high pressure/high visibility projects and have astrong ability to manage time and business critical transactions,especially in procurement (negotiationcontracts)

  • You have a solidexperience in legal advice on IS/IT and telecommunicationscontracts and a strong understanding of technology, privacy anddigital/AI law

  • You have anexcellent command of written and spoken English andFrench
