About the Role
  • You will primarily support our Operations (including Procurement) and Supply Chain teams in implementing our legal and business strategies.
  • You will act as the lead lawyer for Nespresso HQ-led product innovation, working closely with the Nestlé patent and R&D teams.
  • You will draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring they contain the necessary legal protections.
  • You will resolve complex legal issues that may arise in connection with these agreements.

We are looking for someone with confirmed experience in a legal position, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of commercial law. If you have prior experience in IP, particularly in a R&D/upstream product development context, it would be an asset.
