At Nestlé Nespresso SA, we are driven by a passion for coffee and a commitment to quality. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations (including Procurement) and Supply Chain teams in implementing our legal and business strategies across the globe.

A Day in the Life
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to our Operations and Supply Chain teams on various matters.
  • Act as the lead lawyer for Nespresso HQ-led product innovation, collaborating with the Nestlé patent and R&D teams as needed.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure they contain appropriate legal protections and enable the timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Resolve complex legal issues that may arise in connection with these agreements.

To succeed in this role, you will have confirmed experience in a legal position, with a good degree of in-house experience, and full command of written and oral English. Fluency in French is an advantage. You should also possess significant prior experience leading on complex international supply and logistics agreements.
