We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Nestlé Nespresso SA. As a member of our Operations (including Procurement) and Supply Chain teams, you will provide expert legal advice and support in implementing our legal and business strategies across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice and support to our Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead on complex international supply and logistics agreements, drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Act as the lead lawyer for Nespresso HQ-led product innovation, working closely with the Nestlé patent and R&D teams.
  • Resolve complex legal issues that may arise in connection with these agreements.

We require someone with substantial experience in commercial law, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a business-friendly manner.
