Nestlé Nespresso SA is a leader in the global coffee market, and we are committed to being a force for good. Our Legal Counsel will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by providing expert legal advice and support to our Operations (including Procurement) and Supply Chain teams.

The Role
  • Provide strategic legal advice and support to our Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead on complex international supply and logistics agreements, drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Act as the lead lawyer for Nespresso HQ-led product innovation, working closely with the Nestlé patent and R&D teams.
  • Resolve complex legal issues that may arise in connection with these agreements.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
