For our client, a top Professional Services firm and a leader in its industry, we are looking for an Team Assistant to support the Finance team (m/w/d) 60-80%. The company is based in the heart of Zurich.

Responsibilities

Support and Coordination in Financial Projects:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks related to two financial projects.
  • Manage the process of obtaining necessary documents and signatures from relevant parties (financial institutions, subsidiaries).
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure compliance with their standards.
  • Maintain an organized system for storing and tracking documents.

Team Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the maintenance of tax documentation, guarantees, audit confirmations, and assist in filing tax claims.
  • Support the creation of internal agreements and other intercompany contracts.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of newsletters.

Education

  • Completed relevant vocational training or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Experience working across multiple locations is advantageous.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
