Assistant Finance Team

For our client, a top Professional Services firm and a leader in its industry, we are looking for an Team Assistant to support the Finance team (m/w/d) 60-80%. The company is based in the heart of Zurich.
Responsibilities
Support and Coordination in Financial Projects:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks related to two financial projects.
- Manage the process of obtaining necessary documents and signatures from relevant parties (financial institutions, subsidiaries).
- Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure compliance with their standards.
- Maintain an organized system for storing and tracking documents.
Team Support:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with internal or external stakeholders.
- Oversee the maintenance of tax documentation, guarantees, audit confirmations, and assist in filing tax claims.
- Support the creation of internal agreements and other intercompany contracts.
- Assist in the development and distribution of newsletters.
Education
- Completed relevant vocational training or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in an international setting.
- Experience working across multiple locations is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
