Per azienda cliente, leader di mercato nella lavorazione e nella commercializzazione dell'acciaio stiamo selezionando un/una:

Operations Manager

 

Obiettivo:

 

Il candidato, a diretto riporto del COO, avrà la responsabilità di supportare l'azienda in una fase di crescita e di riorganizzazione dei processi produttivi e lavorare sul cambiamento culturale aziendale al fine di poter effettuare un ulteriore step di crescita.

 

Principali responsabilità

·        Garantire che tutte le operazioni siano svolte in modo appropriato, cost-effective way;

·        Migliorare i sistemi, i processi e le best practice di gestione operativa;

·        Assicurare che i processi e le procedure dell'organizzazione siano conformi alla Compliance;

·        Formulare obiettivi strategici e operativi;

·        Esaminare i dati finanziari e utilizzarli per migliorare la redditività;

·        Gestire budget e forecast;

·        Eseguire controlli di qualità e monitorare i KPI di produzione;

·        Collaborare con le varie figure di Plant.

Requisiti per la posizione:

·        Laurea in Ingegneria;

·        Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni, come Responsabile Operations/Plant Manager in contesti produttivi medi del settore metalmeccanico;

·        Conoscenze di budgeting e forecasting;

·        Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;

·        Approccio hands-on;

·        Eccellenti doti organizzative;

·        Solide capacità di coordinamento e leadership;

·        Ottime doti di analisi e comprovate competenze in ambito continuous improvement;

·        Orientamento al risultato;

·        Madrelingua italiano, ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.

Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali, integrità ed etica professionale e disponibilità a brevi trasferte all'estero.

Pacchetto retributivo: in base all'effettivo know-how e all'esperienza.
