Wir bei Vertt AG stehen vor einem spannenden Wendepunkt. Als innovative Schweizer Mobilitätsplattform, die auf lokale Bedürfnisse und Nachhaltigkeit fokussiert ist, wollen wir unsere Organisation weiterentwicklen. Dafür suchen wir einen CEO, der unseren bereits entwickelten Businessplan effektiv umsetzt und neue Wachstumsmöglichkeiten vorantreibt. Wichtig: Wir suchen keinen klassischen Corporate-CEO. Wir suchen einen jungen, dynamischen und motivierten Leader, der die Startup-Mentalität lebt, Struktur schafft und energetisch in die Umsetzung geht.

Über Vertt AG:
Vertt AG ist eine Schweizer Mobilitätsplattform, die ähnlich wie Uber funktioniert, jedoch mit starkem Fokus auf lokale Bedürfnisse und nachhaltige Lösungen. Wir planen, unser Wachstum in weitere Schweizer Städte und die DACH-Region auszudehnen. Die Gründer sind weiterhin aktiv im Führungsteam vertreten.

Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung des Businessplans: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere strategischen Ziele effizient und zielgerichtet erreicht werden.
  • Business Development: Du baust strategische Partnerschaften auf und gehst gezielt neue Initiativen an, um das Wachstum des Unternehmens voranzutreiben.

Deine weiteren Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Steuerung der gesamten Unternehmensaktivitäten
  • Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach aussen
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in einem Startup: Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einem Startup gesammelt und verstehst die Anforderungen und Herausforderungen, die ein wachsendes Unternehmen mit sich bringt.
  • Hohes Mass an Energie und Motivation: Du bringst die Leidenschaft mit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar vermitteln und das Unternehmen repräsentieren.
  • Erfahrung im Business Development: Du hast nachweislich erfolgreiche Partnerschaften aufgebaut und das Wachstum eines Unternehmens vorangetrieben.
  • Fokus auf Beteiligung: Du bist bereit, den Schwerpunkt auf Beteiligung statt auf Gehalt zu legen. Ein Buy-in ist nicht erforderlich, wird aber sehr begrüsst.
