Position Overview:

As Head of Legal at ShareP, you'll be the architect and guardian of our legal strategy, ensuring that our pioneering parking and EV charging solutions are built on a robust foundation of regulatory compliance, ethical business practices, and well-structured partnerships. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team, translating our strategic ambitions into legally sound frameworks that advance our mission while mitigating risk. Your portfolio will span contract negotiation, intellectual property management, data privacy, and corporate governance; empowering ShareP to scale confidently and sustainably in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Legal Leadership:

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term legal strategies that align with our growth objectives and market vision.
  • Identify and interpret emerging regulatory and industry trends, ensuring that ShareP is positioned to capitalize on opportunities and preempt potential challenges.

Contracts & Transactions:

  • Oversee end-to-end management of all key commercial contracts—drafting, negotiating, and closing deals that support revenue growth while minimizing risk.
  • Serve as the key adviser on partnerships, vendor relationships, customer agreements, and licensing deals, providing guidance on both tactical terms and long-term strategic implications.

Intellectual Property & Data Privacy:

  • Safeguard ShareP's intellectual property portfolio, ensuring that our technology, brand, and proprietary data remain secure and differentiated in the marketplace.
  • Advise on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, integrating privacy-by-design principles into product development cycles and corporate operations.

Corporate Governance & Compliance:

  • Lead corporate governance efforts, from board meeting preparation and recordkeeping to maintaining an updated corporate structure, equity plan administration, and regulatory filings.
  • Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop robust risk management frameworks, identifying potential legal exposures and implementing mitigations that enable ShareP to scale with confidence.

Cultural Stewardship:

  • Build a culture of compliance and ethical business practices by proactively educating internal stakeholders, from the executive team to front-line employees, on legal issues and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Legal degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or top-tier law firm, with exposure to high-growth, technology-driven businesses.
  • Language skills: Fluency in both German and English is essential, and proficiency in Polish or French will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Strong background in commercial transactions, corporate governance, IP, data privacy, and compliance, ideally in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to explain complex legal concepts in clear, actionable terms to a non-legal audience.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make well-reasoned decisions amid ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Emotional intelligence, trustworthiness, and a collaborative spirit that allows you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to test our solutions in real-world scenarios, ensuring you remain connected to the practical aspects of our business.
