About your role
Based on your strong understanding of business risks in a regulated environment, you will ensure first-class risk monitoring and have the relevant compliance and legal topics under control at all times. Consistent with our Operational Excellence claim, it is your responsibility to develop and implement a comprehensive framework to ensure a high-level risk and compliance culture with first and second line of defense.
What will you do?
Responsible for risk management and all regulatory, legal and compliance issues of the Group, its investment compartments and all advisory and client mandates Responsible for monitoring compliance in all areas of asset management and fund governance along the value chain (CISA, FinSA/FinIA, KYC, AML, cross-border, market integrity and conflicts of interest) Support projects such as the structuring of new products and offers in the Swiss market and in other jurisdictions Monitor, control and develop the ICS as well as the directive system Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly regulatory authorities and external legal advisorsWhat experience do you need?
University degree in business administration or law Further education in risk management, compliance or as an auditor is an advantage Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar function within a regulatory environment Experience in asset management or private equity is a bonus Entrepreneurial thinking and a "can do" attitude Goal-oriented, ambitious and independent Highly competent in communicating and dealing with various stakeholders Excellent German and very good English language skillsA brief word about us …
