We're currently looking for a superstar to join our GTM team. You will scale out our Go To Market operations and build up the company together with the founding team. You'll be part of the exciting phase of building out the company's GTM motion and scaling our already working playbook. We're looking for motivated hustlers that can help grow our customer base, own the sales cycle end to end, and help shape out the GTM playbook of a fast-growing AI company and want to be part of the AI-enabled industrial revolution. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our world-class team Some of the things you can expect:
- Iterate with the CEO on the company's Go To Market motion to achieve a scalable and repeatable GTM;
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, and outbounding into cold accounts and warm leads;
- Own ARR, New Logo Growth, Account expansion and your pipeline end-to-end;
- Build up a perspective regarding Ideal Customer Profiles, target personas, messaging and product market fit to drive qualified lead generation and conversion;
- Negotiate and close deals by navigating discussions between decision-makers and users of the product;
- Become an evangelist for Cerrion's AI technologies and the capabilities of its platform;
- Align and collaborate on valuable market insights and feedback with other team members across product and engineering;
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of GTM experience in an early stage startup - Bonus if you have experience selling to industrial companies;
- Experience building pipelines across traditional industries via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, conferences and in-person touches;
- Experience with experimentation using learnings from strong inbound demand and existing pipelines;
- Vertical knowledge across some of the following: Industrial & Manufacturing SaaS, IoT or IIoT applications, and Supply Chain technology would be highly beneficial;
- Experienced at acquiring new customers (inbound/outbound), maintaining customer success and increasing their commitment with a strategic approach to account management;
- Extensive utilization of SPICE/MEDDPICC and modern sales tech stacks, processes and methodologies;
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with team members and external partners;
- Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments;
- Confidence to make decisions independently, use sound judgement, & accept feedback;
- Technological competence, with a preference for experience in the SaaS business model, tech sales, or using software sales technology;
- A high-achiever with a demonstrated track record of sales success;
- Willingness to travel to visit customers on site.
