Global Family Office Associate

Position OverviewApollo is seeking an Associate to support its Global Family Office (GFO) sales team within EMEA. GFO sits within Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS), a vertically integrated sales channel within Apollo’s broader Client & Product Solutions (CPS) ecosystem designed to provide individuals and their advisors access to a growing range of wealth management solutions across yield, hybrid, equity, and retirement services that go beyond the public markets. The Associate will partner closely with the EMEA GFO team to drive and execute regional sales strategy with a particular focus on the DACH region while also maintaining connectivity with counterparts across the US and APAC on joint initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the DACH coverage Principal and the wider EMEA GFO Sales Team on capital raising effortsCollaborate with global product specialists and investor relations teams to coordinate information for LP requests and marketing materialsManage investor research and compile materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitchesKeep abreast of latest product performances updates, proactively providing aftersales for all products with a specific emphasis on evergreen productsLead operational support on product structuring, marketing/event requests, and updates to materialsAttend research meetings and compile organized summaries, clearly articulating follow-ups and deadlinesOwn management of Salesforce/CRM activity and related data requestsProvide excellent and professional client service, always representing Apollo’s core valuesMeaningfully contributes to strategic dialogue and collaborates effectively with CPS colleagues, investment teams, and external partnersGrow into taking ownership of client accounts and building relationships across industry networks to originate and provide core sales supportClient onboarding and coordinating outreach for fundraising initiativesQualifications & Experience3+ years of relevant sales, marketing, or investor relations experience at either an alternative asset management firm, family office, or investment bankUndergraduate degree from a top-tier university German language fluencyStrong understanding of financial markets required; knowledge of private markets landscape (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) preferred Takes initiative and is accountable for driving processes to conclusion Superior interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationships/credibility with external clients Excellent ability to multi-task with strong attention to detailEntrepreneurial, self-guided work ethic with results-driven orientation Excels in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment; effectively prioritizes and meets deadlinesAbout ApolloApollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
