A Zurich-based Family Office is seeking an experienced Investment Professional to expand its team advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and UHNW families across Europe.
The firm blends top-tier investment banking capabilities with a hands-on, private-market investment approach. Its work spans the full capital structure — including liquidity events, financing solutions, portfolio diversification, and direct/co-investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise founders, UHNW individuals, and family offices on strategic, financial, and capital structure matters
- Lead the sourcing and execution of private market and M&A transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and other ecosystem partners
- Support customized investment, financing, and wealth-related strategies tailored to long-term client needs
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years
of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance (global or reputable mid-market platform) - Experience with UHNW, family office, or entrepreneurial clients
- Strong grasp of private markets, capital raising, structured solutions, or alternative investments
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Already in Zurich or willing to relocate
- Fluent English; German or another European language is advantageous
