OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Le/la Superviseur Room Service a pour fonction d’assister et de seconder le/la Assistant Responsable du Room Service dans la bonne gestion et l’encadrement du service (Assistants de Direction, Superviseur, Chefs de rang, Demi Chefs de rang, Standardistes, Commis de rang, Apprentis et Stagiaires).
Le/la Supserviseur Room Service a pour mission d’encadrer l’équipe de manière à offrir un service de qualité conformément aux Standards Four Seasons à une clientèle haut de gamme.
Le/la Superviseur Room Service doit être qualifié et expérimenté en matière de service, faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
Ses qualités organisationnelles et managériales sont également nécessaires dans la gestion d’équipe au quotidien afin de développer les compétences de chacun de ses collaborateurs.
Leader, diplomate et à l’écoute, il est également responsable de la gestion des plaintes quel que soit son interlocuteur.
Organisé, il gère la vie quotidienne du service tant au niveau opérationnel qu’administratif. Il est directement impliqué dans la bonne gestion des budgets de son service tant en termes d’investissements que de coûts.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
Seconder le/la Assistant(e) Responsable du Room Service afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du Room Service, une prestation précise et de qualité auprès de la clientèle.
Gérer et contrôler le service opérationnel et le respect des Standards de la Compagnie. Gérer les demandes spéciales venant de l’extérieur et s’assurer de leur bon suivi. Prendre connaissance des consignes et assurer le suivi de celles- ci. Maîtriser le standard incluant les prises de commandes téléphoniques, une connaissance du système informatique (Micros, Opéra et Birchstreet). Contrôler le bon fonctionnement matériel du Room Service (cave, économat, linge, matériel…) et les coûts générés par ceux-ci. Contrôler la bonne gestion de la masse salariale du service, notamment au travers de la gestion des congés et des crédits d’heures. Veiller au maintien et à l’entretien des différents locaux de travail ainsi que du matériel mis à disposition. Etablir les plannings en adéquation avec l’activité. Assurer la bonne coordination du logiciel de planning (ADP) avec le planning affiché et le service paie afin d’assurer une gestion optimale de la masse salariale. Participer au développement de l’équipe par un suivi personnalisé de chacun des membres de son équipe et par la proposition d’actions de formation pour améliorer les performances individuelles. Effectuer des Critères de qualité sur chacun de ses collaborateurs afin de s’assurer que les Standards sont bien acquis et mis en pratique dans un souci de constance de qualité de service. Contrôler et s’assurer de la qualité du service des minibars comme des cadeaux d’accueil (appelés « Amenities ») Assurer l’entière responsabilité du room service durant l’absence du Directeur Être présents aux différentes réunions obligatoires en l’absence du Responsable, se présenter aux réunions à l’heure, informé et avec des mises à jour. Faire preuve de créativité tant pour des réceptions spéciales dans les chambres que pour les Amenities. Contrôler la bonne exécution des différentes checklists Maîtriser les différents outils Four Seasons et leur utilisation dans le respect des normes PCI (Opera, Golden, Micros,) Lors d’une commande client savoir prendre toutes les informations nécessaires de manière courtoise et efficace et chercher à optimiser le revenu par des ventes additionnelles. Savoir renseigner le client parfaitement sur tous les aspects du menu F&B room service, mais aussi sur tous les services de l’hôtel et sur les restaurants du domaine. Communiquer efficacement avec les autres services afin d’assurer un bon suivi concernant toute information relative à nos clients. S’assurer de la propreté du Room Service, des couloirs et des offices. Sur demande de l’encadrement, apporter toute aide au sein du service ou plus globalement de l’hôtel en cas de besoin. Effectuer les taches du Chef de Rang et Superviseur si les opérations le demandent Respecter l’ensemble des dispositions applicables aux employés : procédures correspondant aux uniformes, aux contrôles horaires, à l’hygiène et à la sécurité dans l’entreprise (“Lead with Care”)« La liste des tâches précisées ci-dessus n’est pas exhaustive, votre fonction supposera une adaptation constante à des situations de forte activité et de gestion spécifique de relations clients ».
