Your Mission:

Futurae is searching for a Head of People & Culture to lead our efforts in creating an exceptional workplace where talented individuals can thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals and foster long-term growth.
  • Culture Champion: Nurture a strong, values-driven culture by embedding teamwork, trust, and excellence into every aspect of the employee experience.
  • Talent Development: Build and lead scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Organizational Design: Develop agile organizational structures, processes and policies that support our mission, vision, and our international expansion .
  • HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and refine core HR operations, ensuring compliance and implementing systems that scale with our growth.
  • Employee Well-being: Promote a healthy, engaging, and inclusive workplace by advocating for well-being, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • A visionary leader with 8+ years of HR or people management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments (ideally in tech or SaaS).
  • Passionate about fostering company culture and driving positive employee experiences.
  • Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experienced in change management, organizational design, and developing scalable people strategies.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices.
