About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Lead the media transformation and strategy for the brand in line with brand ambitions.
  2. Develop global media strategies, set budget and priorities and create media guidelines across all touch points, offline and digital.
  3. Approve local media plans by country in line with guidelines and budget.
  4. Manage media agency relationships, including negotiations & media audits, ensuring global media performance by monitoring and regularly reviewing the current status quo.
  5. Continuously analyze and optimize media investment by conducting market research.
  6. Ensure effective and continuous interaction with local market media teams.
  7. Lead the global media team (directly) and local communications managers (indirectly), fully embracing the Win as One value.
  8. Coordinate media budget and plans across 35+ different markets to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  1. Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. 10 years of experience within a multinational company.
  3. Deep understanding of the media and luxury industries.
  4. Previous experience on the agency side is a plus.
  5. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively across departments, particularly in influencer marketing and social media, to ensure a cohesive media strategy that aligns with ROI targets.
  7. A strategic mindset with the courage to take risks and propose disruptive, innovative solutions that align with our vision and long-term goals.
  8. Comprehensive knowledge of both digital and traditional media landscapes.
  9. Strong project management capabilities.
  10. Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed and impactful decisions.
