Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with clients to optimize their sales strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, addressing inquiries related to campaigns and budgets, and developing creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Provide customized recommendations to improve clients' sales tactics
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships to understand clients' unique business needs
- Strategic Planning: Transform client objectives into actionable, effective sales plans
- Performance Analysis: Review sales data to enhance strategies and uncover growth opportunities
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends to develop forward-thinking sales approaches
- Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, including sales goals and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about sales and client relationships
- Driven to learn and grow in the industry
