Digital Marketing Specialist

In a data driven world digital marketing is becoming a central component in any marketing department, at BIOTRONIK digital marketing and digital sales tools are an essential part of our marketing strategies.

At BIOTRONIK Vascular Intervention we are recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and develop our digital sales enablement and marketing tools and activities on behalf of the Vascular Intervention business unit. Your Responsibilities

- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising in alignment with the branding and communication team.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, and Twitter. Analyze the channel and content performance and consult the product marketing and branding teams.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Manage and enhance the marketing tech stack by implementing and refining tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Administrate tools and support user.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email workflows. Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms. Provide actionable insights and reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Strategy & Management: Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand presence.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) Experience with Drupal is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
