The role

As a P&Cchampion you will act as the main Business Partner to your stakeholdersresponsible for Zurich, Geneva and Paris.
You willprovide guidance on people topics from Performance and Compensation to EmployeeEngagement, Change Management, and Employee Relations, and drive P&Cexcellence by establishing robust P&C processes. This role will reportto the Head of P&C EMEA and coach our Zurich-based Senior P&CSpecialist.

As a P&C champion you will act as the main Business Partner to your stakeholders responsible for Zurich, Geneva and Paris.
You will provide guidance on people topics from Performance and Compensation to Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Employee Relations, and drive P&C excellence by establishing robust P&C processes. This role will report to the Head of P&C EMEA and coach our Zurich-based Senior P&C Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner.
Partnerwith local top management to execute global HR strategy in line with localbusiness goals and objectives Provideexpert HR advice and support in all local P&C matters including organisational development, talent management and change management Buildand maintain effective partnerships within the P&C team regionally andglobally, successfully deliver P&C initiatives & annual processes Manageend-to-end employee life cycle with the support of our People OperationsSpecialist in Zurich and our regional People Operations team in Bratislava Contributeto the continuous improvement of P&C processes and development of P&Cpolicies in line with global P&C and in compliance with Swiss labor lawsand regulations Superviseand ensure smooth payroll preparation in collaboration with our PeopleOperations Specialist Workin close collaboration with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuringcoherence of processes across TA and P&C and providing a seamlessexperience to all Synpulse new hires Actas point of contact for external stakeholders, immigration authorities, benefits providers etc About you:
Qualificationsand experience
Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience and 2 years of team management in a fast-paced, multinational and matrix environment Strong experience in a variety of P&C disciplines talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits Proven track record of successfully executing on HR strategies and initiatives Previous experience of working within a virtual global team A degree in HR Management or comparable qualification Experience in the consulting or Finance industry a strong advantage
