- En tant que Customer Manager, vous êtes responsable du suivi et du développement stratégique des relations clients existantes ainsi que de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
- Vous assurez la gestion économique positive de vos clients et vous êtes responsable de la planification financière et de la réalisation des objectifs.
- En collaboration avec les experts techniques internes, vous développez des solutions optimales, vous les négociez avec les clients et vous êtes responsable de l'établissement de contrats à long terme.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion commerciale des projets, y compris la gestion des contrats. Pour ce faire, vous êtes en contact étroit avec vos clients et les parties prenantes impliquées en internes.
- Vous participez activement à des thèmes stratégiques de processus et de développement et, si nécessaire, vous prenez en charge des thèmes et clients interrégionaux.
- Vous êtes motivé(e) pour vous occuper de clients et vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans ce domaine.
- Vous avez un grand intérêt pour les questions interdisciplinaires et vous travaillez de manière ciblée à des solutions dans l'intérêt de nos clients et dans celui des CFF, en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes. Vous agissez de manière réfléchie et stratégique et vous savez vous imposer.
- Grâce à votre attitude professionnelle et empathique, vous réussissez à développer les relations avec les clients existants et à en acquérir de nouveaux.
- Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure (HES, TS) dans le domaine de l'économie avec une formation continue technique ou dans le domaine technique avec une formation continue en économie.
- Le français est votre langue maternelle et vous pouvez facilement communiquer en allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit.
