Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of real estate agents to the RealAdvisor platform through cold outreach
  • Running sales calls, managing your sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Develop sales funnels and scripts
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market
  • Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams

 

Experience and skills:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience - you can talk to anyone
  • Experience in the real estate industry, whether prop-tech or agency based is an advantage
  • Organized, driven, highly motivated to succeed and grow in your career
  • Comfortable with computers, G-suite, CRMs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and/or French as well as professional level English is required. For German speakers, you must also speak and understand Swiss-German
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
