As a recruiting partner of aspaara, we are looking for you as **Business Development Representative (a)** to strengthen their team at the location in Zurich full-time. As a BDR, you are responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities. You will be part of a high performing international team that is collectively responsible for building new business in the DACH region. Become a key part of the high-performance, international sales team. You will be the first person to promote the company solutions and get potential customers excited about the future of working with artificial intelligence, making you a key driver of growth.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Identifying the needs and issues of potential clients during discovery calls and preparing for a demo meeting with account executives
- Responsible for the qualification of incoming leads created by the sales teams
- Reach out to potential customers via outbound campaigns and demonstrate that you are a thought leader in the Future of Work
- Provide insights to marketing to set up successful campaigns
- Represent aspaara at events and webinars
- Helping to develop and present new ideas to expand the core offering and increase sales and company revenue

**What You Bring To The Job**
- At least 1 year of BDR/SDR/ADR experience in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of technology and ability to translate the company´s technology to potential clients
- You are comfortable and effective in canvassing, cold calling, qualifying and arranging appointments via phone and video conference
- You are able to ask the right questions to find out needs/pains
- You have excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- You are able to prioritise the activities that bring the most results
- You have the courage and creativity to find new ways of developing the business
- You are self-motivated, proactive, well-organised and have both a creative and a data-driven mind
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate and express yourself clearly both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ge: C2 - Proficient
- En: C1 - Advanced
