For one of our clients, working in medical devices sector based in Nyon, we are looking for a:Customer Service - German, English and French speakerFor a 6 months temporary contract, starting from to Customer Service - German, English and French speaker H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSIONOrder Handling:Daily management of incoming customer ordersFollow up on order backlog taking ownership for required actions.Raise Non-Conformities (NC) as per requirements.Issue / Credits, Rebills, Returns linked to orders as per and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.Customer Management:Addressing customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls or emails. Inquiries may include pricing, stock availability, delivery, and order as well as product procedures and work instructions corrections and/or to your direct report if required.Ensure is shared between customers and field to Daily Management (DM) X continuity and supporting department with experience in a customer support center and/or with customer service telephone and skillsLanguage skills: Fluent in German (C1 minimum), French and English (C1 minimum).
