Service Sales Specialist (80 - 100%)
Votre poste et vos responsabilitésDans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de superviser la vente de produits, de systèmes et de services au sein d'un marché ou d'une division désignée, en accord avec la stratégie globale de la division. Vos responsabilités quotidiennes impliqueront d'atteindre des objectifs de vente à la fois qualitatifs et quantitatifs, garantissant une croissance durable des commandes, la génération de revenus, la rentabilité, l'expansion de la part de marché et la satisfaction des clients. Vous mettrez à profit votre expertise pour identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
Le modèle de travail pour ce poste est #hybrid.
Ce rôle contribue spécifiquement à la zone d'affaires en Suisse romande. En tant que membre de l'équipe de vente, vous maintiendrez une liste d'opportunités à jour sur une base hebdomadaire, assurant une communication constante avec les clients tout en participant activement à la préparation des offres et à la définition des stratégies de vente.
Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
- Communiquer les délais de livraison, les conditions de paiement et les conditions générales aux clients en conformité avec les offres et la stratégie d'ABB.
- Assurer des activités de marketing efficaces et articuler la proposition de valeur aux clients.
- Identifier et promouvoir le développement d'opportunités de vente de services sur le marché désigné.
- Gérer les procédures administratives liées au processus de vente et soutenir la collecte de créances et les activités de gestion de projet si nécessaire.
- Atteindre le budget assigné et la rentabilité requise.
- Effectuer des visites systématiques auprès des clients.
- Diplôme en ingénierie électrique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la vente de produits et solutions électriques.
- Bonne compréhension des produits et solutions électriques.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ; la maîtrise du français et/ou de l'italien ou de l'allemand est un atout.
- Réseau solide et bonnes relations avec les principaux clients suisses.
- Passionné par le développement et la mise en œuvre de plans de communication marketing et de publicité mettant en avant les produits, services et l'image de l'entreprise pour augmenter les ventes.
