**Experience**:
- Minimum 12 years in IT Services Management and Sales
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the cyber security industry.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies for complex technical products.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in French and English, with Swiss German being a plus due to Switzerland's linguistic diversity.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
