As a Business Development Representative, you play a pivotal role in our dynamic growth journey. Your mission is to drive the adoption of our subscription services among real estate agents. From initiating impactful cold calls to sealing the deal, you will orchestrate the entire sales process. Taking ownership of your clients throughout their inaugural year with RealAdvisor, you will ensure their success on our platform and actively seek opportunities to optimize their investment.

Business Development Representative

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of real estate agents to the RealAdvisor platform through cold outreach
  • Running sales calls, managing your sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Develop sales funnels and scripts
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market
  • Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams

 

Experience and skills:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience - you can talk to anyone
  • Experience in the real estate industry, whether prop-tech or agency based is an advantage
  • Organized, driven, highly motivated to succeed and grow in your career
  • Comfortable with computers, G-suite, CRMs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and/or French as well as professional level English is required. For German speakers, you must also understand Swiss-German
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
